When should I receive my order in the mail?
It you should get in about 14 to 20 days. If you have not received after the 21st day then you can email me and
I will do my best to find out what is going on. I will get back with you with you as soon and I know what is
going on with you items.

I am sorry for the problem this has caused you. You can place another order for the same items and get that going
with a new order. If you get that order or it has not been found then I will send you a check for the amount of the order.

What if my item(s) is out of stock?
One of two things can happend.
If the item is on backorder I will send you an email letting you know what the ETA is.
Then you can choose the next action that can be taken
a) You can wait for that item(s) to come in. I will keep you up to date as the information changes.
OR b) If you choose to cancel that item off your order and you will receive a full refund of the cost of the item.
If the shipping price has changed you will get that difference in shipping cost. As long as the item has NOT
been shipped out to you.

Why do you have an item listed but I can not order it?
The item is listed with out of stock ETA is month/day are system will not let you order; however, you can order it at the that date.
Because of ETA can and do change or it can become a discontinued item. So there forth we can not take an order for an item that is out of stock.

If you find a better price on an item we will attempt to match the price and provide you with the lowest total price for the product & service you desire.
